While preparing my scenography class for the scenography students, while making the tower of babel project for prague and preparing to go there on june I dreamed last night about my favorite artists, some of those artists have made set designs, one of my favorite ones is H R GIGER the creator of alien.
I knew somehow he worked in something with Debbie Harry, the singer of blondie. I made my homework of looking after one of his videos, and I found one, OH GOD! I found one!!!!what a result!! what a spectacular piece of SHIT!!!! sometimes when you are a great artist and you enter a field that you don´t know exactly how it works you can easily make bad work, maybe debbie harry loved Giger´s art, but putting it just like that in a video with an extremely CHEESSY song that has nothing to do with gigers art makes it difficult to watch, An example of what a set designer should NOT do. yet the curiosity kills the cat, so I present to you this ridiculous Video, and totally a better song from Blondie .

Jajajajaja... no manches, parece que filmaron ese video en un Poliforum Cultural Siqueiros devastado por una guerra nuclear y que a Debbie Gibson le explotó el bóiler y se llenó toda de hollín. Jua jua... pero en ese tiempo andaba bien clavada con el Giger (quien, si bien recuerdo, es suizo, ¿no?), pues incluso hay una portada de Blondie en donde la cara de Debbie se mimetiza con uno de los típicos rostros de Giger. Mejor que el video, definitivamente, pero nada del otro mundo.
Yo también soy fan. Un día que vengas, te llevo a Balderas, donde tienen libros y rarities de él.

Parece que a la que le explotó el bóiler es a mí, ya que le puse Gibson a la Harry. Ahora sí me fui a los espantosos ochenta. ¿Recuerdas a esa morrita, la Debbie Gibson, que era una Britney Spears de aquella década? Claro, mucho más fresa (y mira que es un decir, pero como el los últimos meses la güera se desquició, ya no podemos decir que sea un ejemplo de chica buena).
